Ok! Who's ready for camping season? Put up your hand if you are! It has finally arrived and we couldn't be happier! It's our favourite way of enjoying time together with meals outside, fishing in the mornings, swimming in the afternoons and campfires at night. And with camping season comes lots of delicious recipes that are perfect for grilling in tin foil. I love cooking in tin foil packets because it's a great way of keeping food moist and juicy AND if you make individual dinner packs, there are no dishes to wash!
