Angie's Spiced Pumpkin Butter
{Make approx. 1 1/2 cups}
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pureed pumpkin, canned or fresh
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, add pumpkin and butter and mix until creamy.
2. Gradually add 1 cup icing sugar beating until mixture is smooth. If a firmer texture is desired, add more icing sugar.
3. Add pumpkin pie spice. Beat well. Taste and adjust spice if necessary by adding more if you like.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Bring to room temperature to serve with biscuits, muffins, scones, etc.
This would also make a wonderful gift for a friend or neighbor. Package with some biscuits or muffins and you have a wonderful fall treat!

September has been a great month for General Mills with the release of a brand new fabulous Greek yogurt called "Yopa" in a collection of delicious flavours. I just tried Yopa Opa for myself and it was so good!
