Making Time To Get My Sweat On

One of the hazards of being a full-time blogger is the amount of time spent sitting in a chair... just like any other office job. So I recently made the decision to re-commit to daily exercise and get my sweat on. And the easiest way to do that is get my runners on and get outside for a brisk walk.
